Process Improvement Engineer - Hampton, VA

Provide CMMI-based process improvement and software engineering support.

Job Duties:

• Support the development and execution of CMMI-compliant processes
• Work with individuals and groups to achieve CMMI compliance
• Mentor individuals and groups in the implementation and execution of CMMI-compliant processes
• Prepare organization for Class A, B and C appraisals
• Mentor staff on how to perform technical software engineering activities and how to develop software engineering products
• Review technical software products against software engineering requirements, document non-compliances, and assist in eliminating the non-compliances  

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on software engineering experience
• Ability to interface with software engineers at a technical level
• CMMI-based Coaching and consulting experience
• Experience applying CMMI to software development environments
• Ability to define and document value-added processes
• Good inter-personal skills

Software Systems Analyst/Engineer - Huntsville, AL

At least 6 years of experience providing software engineering support. Duties include: (1) configuration and data management, (2) process management (definition, development and implementation of CMMI processes), (3) risk management support, (4) change request tracking, and (5) requirements management. A B.S. degree in technical area or equivalent is required.
