CSSA core competencies are software engineering, systems engineering, and process improvement services. We currently serve DoD, NASA, and the commercial sector.
Our Systems and Software engineering services ensure that complex high technology products meet customer requirements and fulfill the operational objectives while minimizing costs and maximizing system/software performance. Our services span the complete product life cycle from concepts and requirements to product release and sustainment, ranging from the management and systems engineering level, through software development and product release. Our Process Improvement capability ensures that processes that improve schedule, cost, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction are defined in a way that add value to our customers. We provide Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®)-based training, coaching, consulting, and appraisals to government and commercial customers ranging from small organizations in a single location to hundreds of people located across multiple countries. As one of the authors of CMMI and its associated Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) and a member of the SEI/CMMI Institute Partner Network for CMMI, our company is uniquely qualified to help organizations improve their infrastructure and their processes. We also support other quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma) for customers that have those requirements in addition to CMMI.
