Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. Wins 2016 "Best Places to Work" Award

(April 8, 2016) - Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA) has been recognized as a 2016 Best Places to Work Award Winner by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce. CSSA won in the Medium Category (36-149 employees) at the Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon on Thursday, March 31, 2016. Award winners are determined by results from employee surveys evaluating corporate leadership, communication, and employee engagement.

CSSA strives to provide fulfilling work and an outstanding work environment, and is honored to receive this award, especially knowing that results are determined by their employees. The award is a testimony of God's faithfulness and favor, as well as employees' hard work and dedication to the CSSA mission, “To honor God and become our customers' trusted advisor.” This mission shapes the rich culture of the company and everything they do.

After receiving the award Sandra Cepeda, CSSA President and CEO, told her employees, “God has blessed us with awesome awards throughout the years, but this one is particularly special to me because YOU selected us as the best place to work…I thank each and every one of you for making us the great company we are today.” Helen Housch, CSSA Software Engineering Director, also shared, “Receiving an award like this is humbling because it comes from our employees. U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce® Awards EDWOSB Certification to CSSA

(January 29, 2016) - The U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce awarded the Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business Certification to Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc.

Linda Smith Wins 2015 Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County "Most Valuable Employee" Award

(May 5, 2015) - The Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County announced today that Linda Smith, CSSA Business Manager, was selected as a Most Valuable Employee in Huntsville/Madison County for 2015 in the small company category. Linda was one of the 12 winners selected out of 16,330 employees who were nominated. This is Linda's second time to win the Most Valuable Employee Award.

The awards were presented at the 8th Annual Best Places to Work Luncheon, hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at the Von Braun Center.

Linda Smith Wins 2014 Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County "Most Valuable Employee" Award

(May 21, 2014) - Cepeda Systems & Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA) announced today that Linda Smith, Executive Assistant to CEO, was selected as a Most Valuable Employee in Huntsville/Madison County for 2014 in the small company category. Smith was one of 12 winners chosen from more than 6,000 nominated employees.

Winners were selected based on a blind survey, conducted by an independent organization, of companies in the Huntsville/Madison County area. The awards were announced at the 7th Annual Best Places to Work Luncheon, hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM) on May 20th.

CSSA Wins U.S. Chamber of Commerce Blue Ribbon Small Business Award

(February 19, 2014) - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce named CSSA a 2014 Dream Big Blue Ribbon Small Business Award winner. CSSA was chosen as one of the top 100 small businesses in the United States! This award recognizes companies for their dedication to the principles of free enterprise and contributions to restoring jobs and supporting economic growth. CSSA was selected from a record number of applicants across the nation for demonstrating exceptional business practices in areas including strategic planning, employee development, community involvement, and customer service.

CSSA wins 2013 Small Business of the Year Award in Technology Category

(September 12, 2013) - The Chamber of Commerce recognized the efforts of some of the most generous and hardest working companies and individuals at the 28th Annual Small Business Awards Celebration on Sept. 12, 2013 at the Von Braun Center.

The seven winners were chosen from 200 nominated companies and individuals. Cepeda Systems and Software Analysis, Inc. (CSSA) won the Small Business of the Year Award in the Technology category.

Sandra Cepeda, President and CEO of CSSA, Inc., was selected as a finalist for the Russell G. Brown Executive Leadership Award.
